We're a technology company based in Manchester UK and operating across EMEA. With over 20 years of native cloud and serverless development experience we specialise in Customer Engagement and Employee Experience optimisation, delivered with knowledge, expertise, passion, ambition, and pace.

Our consultative, solution-focused approach identifies the big pain points, and solves them quickly with modern technology.

Our founders previously scaled the CX division of a cloud technology business, navigating the pandemic, growing the team from under 10 to more than 70 people, and culminating in the sale of the business in March 2021.

Meet the leadership team

James is our Commercial Director and Co-founder. His skillset transcends a number of disciplines including business growth, consultancy, solution architecture, customer relationships, financial, legal, and client programme delivery.

James has over 12 years leadership, consultancy, sales, product management, and operational experience in multiple high-growth retail tech and CX tech companies including Mission Labs, Attraqt, Fredhopper, and Fidessa.

When he's not helping clients remove friction from their CX and EX processes James will generally be found climbing mountains, cycling tens of miles, competing in triathlons, or running ultra-marathons. A self-confessed foodie and fan of craft ale, James also takes on local tour guide responsibilities for business trips and customer events.
