IntegrationHub Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: 1 December 2025This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the Customer’s use of the Platform and Services provided by the Supplier, including any material you upload or generate (User Content). It also applies to any contact you make with other Authorised Users via the Platform, and any other ways you use the Services.
The AUP forms part of the Agreement and must be complied with at all times. The Supplier will determine, in its discretion, whether the Customer’s use of the Platform and Services breaches this AUP.
Purpose
The purpose of this AUP is to ensure that the Platform and Services are used in a lawful, responsible and appropriate manner. By accessing or using the Platform and Services, the Customer agrees to comply with this AUP.
General Use Restrictions
The Customer shall not, and shall ensure that the Authorised Users and Affiliates do not:
Unlawful use: Use the Platform or Services in any way that breaches any local, national or international law or regulation.
Harmful content: Upload, transmit, distribute or store any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
Malicious activity: Introduce, transmit or facilitate the distribution of any virus, malware, Trojan horse, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
Unauthorised access: Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or Services, or to other accounts, systems or networks connected to them.
Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, availability, performance, or security of the Platform or Services.
Excessive Use: Use the Platform or Services in a manner that imposes unreasonable or disproportionately large demands on the infrastructure.
Intellectual Property: Use the Platform or Services in a way that infringes or misappropriates the IPR of the Supplier or any third party.
Circumvention: Attempt to bypass or disable any security, authentication, or access controls of the Platform or Services.
Fraud: Use the Platform or Services in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
Minors: Use the Platform or Services in any way for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.
Harm: Use the Platform or Services to bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate any person.
Advertising: Use the Platform or Services to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
Customer Responsibilities:
The Customer is responsible for:
Ensuring that only Authorised Users access and use the Platform and Services.
Maintaining the confidentiality and security of login credentials, accounts and passwords.
Ensuring that all data or content provided to the Supplier via the Platform or Services complies with applicable law and this AUP.
Monitoring and controlling the use of the Platform and Services by its users.
Authorised User Content and Data:
The Customer must ensure that any content or data entered into the Platform or shared as part of the Services is not:
Defamatory of any person.
Obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
An infringement on any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.
Include video content that has been or would be likely to be given an R18 certificate by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC).
Be likely to deceive any person.
Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
Contain illegal content or promote any illegal content or activity.
Be in contempt of court.
Be threatening, abusive or invade another's privacy, or cause unnecessary annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent the Customer’s or Authorised User’s identity or affiliation with any person.
Give the impression that any communication emanates from the Supplier.
Advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
Contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
Be pornographic.
Illegal content
In addition, the Customer must not use the Supplier’s Platform or Services in any way that involves the following:
Terrorism.
Child sexual exploitation or abuse including grooming and child sexual abuse material.
Hate offences.
Harassment, stalking, making threats or abuse.
Controlling or coercive behaviour.
Intimate image abuse.
Extreme pornography.
Sexual exploitation of adults.
Human trafficking.
Unlawful immigration.
Fraud and financial offences.
Proceeds of crime offences.
Drugs or psychoactive substance offences.
Firearms, knives and other weapons offences.
Encouraging or assisting suicide.
Foreign interference offences.
Animal cruelty.
Supplier Rights
The Supplier may, without liability:
Monitor use: Monitor the Customer’s use of the Platform and Services to verify compliance with this AUP.
Suspend access: Suspend or restrict access to the Platform or Services if the Supplier reasonably suspects or identifies any breach of this AUP.
Remove content: Remove, disable, or delete any content that violates this AUP.
Report activity: Report any activity that appears unlawful to the relevant authorities.
Private Information
The Customer must not process any individual’s private information without their express permission. Private information can include home address or physical location information, including street addresses, GPS coordinates or other identifying information related to locations that are considered private; identity documents, including government-issued IDs and social security or other national identity numbers; photo images of them; contact information, including non-public personal phone numbers or email addresses; financial account information, including bank account and credit card details; and other private information, including biometric data or medical records.
Zoom
The Customer must comply with Zoom’s Acceptable Use Guidelines at all times, found at https://www.zoom.com/en/trust/acceptable-use-guidelines/.
Enforcement
Failure to comply with this AUP constitutes a material breach of the Agreement. The Supplier reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform and Services where a breach occurs, in addition to any other remedies available.
Updates
The Supplier may update this AUP from time to time in order to ensure appropriate use of the Platform and Services or comply with the applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Any such changes to the AUP will be posted at here and the Customer’s continued use of the Platform and Services constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
