Acceleraate becomes world's first partner to achieve the Zoom CX Competency

The recently launched CX Competency Program is designed to certify Zoom partners that are experienced in the consulting and delivery of cloud contact centre, artificial intelligence (AI) and customer experience solutions.

Zoom CX Competency Requirements

The Zoom CX Competency enables trusted CX specialists to become certified in delivering Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom IQ, ensuring successful adoption and deployment of Zoom's platform for clients. To become certified, partners must complete all Zoom Up Partner training modules including Technical Sales, and Deployment, have a minimum two years’ experience in contact centre consultancy, and five customer testimonials on record.

The competency selection process involves responding to a mock RFP, with submission requirements including a discovery questionnaire, experience map, tech stack and architecture, bill of materials, business impact and value, return on investment, implementation phasing and a customised use case demo.
