Acceleraate Named a Launch Partner for Zoom’s New Channel Services Programme

Acceleraate, the UK-based CX Technology Specialist, is proud to be among the first Zoom partners globally to join the newly launched Zoom Up Services Program, becoming fully Certified for Zoom Partner Delivered Programmes (PDP).

Unveiled in February 2025, this next evolution of the Zoom Up Partner Program empowers partners to deliver world-class post-sales services, including solution deployment, support, customer success, and managed services. The program is designed to enhance customer experiences across the Zoom platform, with a phased rollout planned throughout FY26.

As part of this initiative, Acceleraate is the first UK-based Channel Partner to achieve the Partner Delivered Deployment Certification for Zoom Customer Experience (ZCX). This milestone enables Acceleraate to extend Zoom’s own delivery capabilities, providing expert deployment services for:

• Zoom Quality Management

• Zoom Workforce Management

This certification complements Acceleraate’s existing Zoom CX Accreditations and Competencies, reinforcing our leadership in the Zoom CX ecosystem.
