The Challenge

John Charcol had already selected Zoom Phone as its cloud telephony platform of choice for its advisor network. However, to maximise productivity and improve client engagement, the firm required seamless integration between Zoom Phone and its CRM, Pipedrive.

    • Meeting started date/time

    • Participants joined

    • Meeting ended date/time

    • Direct link to the meeting recording

    • PDF transcript

    • Zoom AI Companion Summary
